Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Quebec City, QC for an Agency Representative. The Agency Representative will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating logistics, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. Qualifications
- Experience in Client Account Management and Relationship Building
- Strong Logistics Coordination and Scheduling skills
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Documentation Handling
- Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Quebec City, QC
- Proficiency in both English and French is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related field
