We are looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Coordinator to execute and elevate our digital sales experience—ensuring product excellence, seamless site operations, and a values-driven approach to commercial growth.

Role Overview:

As a Supply Chain Coordinator at The Body Shop Canada, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our supply chain and inventory management functions. You will support key processes related to inventory accuracy, vendor coordination, international freight, and third-party logistics (3PL) to ensure timely and accurate product movement across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

  • Inventory Adjustments: Execute and track stock adjustments for both retail stores and third-party logistics (3PL) partners in accordance with company policy.
  • Vendor Shipment Discrepancy Management: Investigate and resolve discrepancies between vendor shipment documents and physical inventory received.
  • Store Shipment Discrepancy Resolution: Collaborate with retail locations and logistics teams to identify and correct store shipment variances.

Logistics & Freight Forwarding

  • Inbound: Create and manage inbound container records, ensuring accurate documentation, tracking, and on-time delivery.
  • Customs & Compliance: Support customs clearance by preparing and verifying documentation for international shipments, ensuring compliance with Canadian import regulations.
  • Freight Forwarding Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders to manage international shipping schedules, booking accuracy, and delivery timelines.
  • Vendor Invoice Auditing: Review vendor invoices against purchase orders and shipment records to ensure billing accuracy. Escalate discrepancies for resolution.
  • TBSI System Coordination: Maintain data integrity and updates in The Body Shop International (TBSI) systems related to inventory and logistics processes.
  • Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Support: Coordinate with 3PL partners to monitor stock levels, track shipments, and resolve warehouse issues related to storage or fulfillment

Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or inventory coordination, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, import/export compliance, and inventory systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with internal teams and external partners.

Tools & Technology Proficiency:

  • Proficient in Brightpearl, Inventory Planner, Microsoft Excel, and other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Experience working with logistics platforms and 3PL systems.
