We’re looking for a dependable and driven Leasing Coordinator to join our Saskatoon Team and support our growing Rentals & Leasing division. You’ll be the frontline connection for our Customers — answering inquiries, building trust, and ensuring every rental or lease runs smoothly. What You’ll Do:
- Manage rental and lease contracts with accuracy and efficiency
- Respond to Customer inquiries — in person, over the phone, and after-hours
- Provide quotes, process payments, and follow up on billing
- Track and inspect inventory (Trucks, Trailers, and more)
- Keep our fleet looking sharp and road-ready year-round
What You Bring:
- A Class 3A license (Class 1A is a bonus!)
- Strong Customer service skills and a proactive mindset
- Experience or knowledge in the Truck and Trailer industry
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and accounting software
- A can-do attitude, attention to detail, and top-tier communication skills
- The ability to multitask, think on your feet, and support your Team
