Job Title: Account Manager Mid Office

Duration: 6 Months with possibility of extension

Location: Montréal, QC H3C 1A3

Job Description:

Your role:

  • Know the structure, procedures, and systems used by and its support departments
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by coordinating efforts with various internal departments and divisions within
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained by keeping our clients informed of all new developments, products, and services available related to their business needs.
  • Ensure the timely and complete resolution of all customer issues and recommend improvements to policies and procedures with the ultimate goal of continuously improving our service delivery.
  • Act as a liaison with various operational departments within to ensure tasks are completed proactively and in a timely manner.
  • Organize regular meetings with clients and document, investigate, track, and resolve ongoing operational and service issues affecting the client and.
  • Provide clients with advice on policies, procedures, and training that directly impact their firm.
  • Provide process improvement recommendations that will enhance overall client relationships.
  • Professionally represent at client meetings and professional events.

Prerequisites:

  • University degree with at least two years of experience in a brokerage or service role
  • Experience with registered plans (RESP, RRSP, RDSP etc)
  • The Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is a definite asset
  • Knowledge of regulatory aspects of the industry
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Self-starter and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
