Role: Sales Specialist
We’re hiring a full-time Sales Specialist to take ownership of a high-impact user engagement and conversion process. You’ll reach out to users from our database, build relationships, and guide them through personalized sessions to help them convert.
This role directly supports SharpStakes’ growth and success.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to re-engage and assist SharpStakes users.
- Book and lead personalized Google Meet sessions to guide users through offers and platform features.
- Ensure users complete required forms and provide necessary documentation as part of the process.
- Keep detailed records of outreach, meetings, and outcomes in our tracking system (Google Sheets / CRM).
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve scripts, processes, and user experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Confident, friendly communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building rapport.
- Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple user touchpoints and follow-ups effectively.
- Motivated by achieving clear targets and contributing to growth.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Meet, Sheets, and CRMs.
- Prior experience in sales, customer success, or outreach preferred (bonus points for startup experience).
Compensation
- $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonuses linked to conversion outcomes
