Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Operations will lead operations strategically across our business to consumer divisions, including Agro, Bulk Petroleum, Home and Farm Centres.
Responsibilities
· Design and execute innovative business strategies to optimize processes, elevate performance, and drive
profitability across retail operations.
· Provide visionary leadership in alignment with corporate direction, strategic goals, and operational plans.

and ensure compliance.

· A team-oriented, innovative culture where your contributions make a real impact.
We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can bring their authentic self to work. Diversity strengthens our teams and drives better outcomes.
