Role Overview

This is a hybrid role. The BDR/SDR will be responsible for handling inbound client calls and ensuring they choose Deeded to help them with their closing process as well as working closely with the Account Executives hunting/prospecting new referral partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads in both AB and ON
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our referral partner base
  • Drive partner adoption of new products and services
  • Track and report on client and partner performance metrics
  • Develop an expertise in the real estate closing process in AB and ON
  • Keep partners consistently engaged and informed about product updates, new features, and industry trends
  • Provide sales enablement support through knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Follow up with clients and ask them to write a review

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in an outbound business development role
  • Comfortable on the phone and making calls throughout the day
  • Experience with CRM systems and partner management tools [Hubspot is an asset]
  • Proven track record of new business development
  • Strong organization prioritization skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience delivering product demonstrations and training
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
  • Real estate or mortgage experience a strong asset

Location: Remote/Hybrid in ON
