Seasonal, Part Time Positions Available
Job Description:
The primary duty of this job is to welcome and assist golfing guests upon their arrival at the resort and after they complete their round. While performing the Bag Drop duty, the attendant will greet guests, assist with cart setup, and direct them to the Pro Shop. You will be responsible for daily cleaning and setting up the power cart fleet. Additionally, there will be daily practice range setup and oversight and the possibility of range ball retrieval. You must also be familiar with player assistant duties to provide help when needed.

- Demonstrates accountability by planning ahead, managing time effectively, punctuality, being cost-conscious, and seeking better methods for accomplishing tasks.
- Displays the ability to follow instructions, maintains a professional appearance, adheres to team member policies and procedures, and shows a willingness to learn.
- Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team by being helpful, respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building strong working relationships and fostering a positive work environment. This individual is responsible, honest, loyal, and interacts with others tactfully.
- Following training will have a sound knowledge of the functions and promotions of the St. Eugene Golf, Resort & Casino, and the surrounding area.
Qualifications: Prior customer service experience would be considered as an advantage. Knowledge of the game of golf would be an asset.
Conditions of Employment:
This position will require a flexible work schedule that may include weekdays and weekends as well as regular day, early morning, evening shifts, and holidays. It also requires time spent working outdoors, which may include inclement weather. The position will require standing on concrete for several hours at a time.
