Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Retention Specialist to join our Inkeros team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our organization. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.
Duties
- Connecting with recent TELUS cancellations to understand the "why" behind their decision
- Addressing concerns with empathy and confidence while offering retention solutions
- Rebuilding trust and offering customized solutions to retain customers
- Meeting daily/weekly sales and retention targets
- Documenting interactions and updating CRM systems accurately
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer feedback loops
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or retention role
- Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in handling rejection and high-pressure interactions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on-site and a team-first mentality
