About the role
Join PATH Developments (formerly PCRE Group) and be part of a trusted and growing team shaping impactful projects and communities.
Your New Employer
PATH has a 20-year history of development across Western Canada and Washington state, delivering over 12,000 residential units along with several commercial, industrial, and office projects. Recently rebranded, the company is expanding its operations with a strong pipeline of projects and is actively acquiring new sites.
PATH’s culture is a key part of its identity, built on a commitment to excellence and a foundation of mutual trust and loyalty. Dedicated to fostering a team of skilled, passionate individuals, they make it a mission to provide growth opportunities for team members within the company.
Your New Role
As a Real Estate Development Coordinator reporting to the Development Manager, you will support the development team in managing projects across various phases. You will assist in due diligence efforts, including market research, feasibility analysis, and financial modeling of potential acquisitions. Your responsibilities will include tracking project schedules and budgets, coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors, and assisting with permitting and entitlements.
Additionally, you will handle project administration tasks such as preparing legal documentation, conducting title searches, reviewing contracts, and helping draft proposals and reports. You will also play a key role in supporting the team as they navigate the approval process with city officials and regulatory bodies.
What Sets You Apart
You have a post-secondary education in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business, or a related field, along with one to two years of experience in real estate development. You have a solid understanding of the development process, zoning laws, and land use regulations, and you’re comfortable navigating the complexities that come with real estate projects.
You’re not just a task manager – you take ownership. You thrive in environments where you can roll up your sleeves, take initiative, and wear multiple hats. You’re naturally curious and have a strong desire to understand all aspects of the business, from big-picture strategy to day-to-day execution. You know how to manage competing priorities, think critically, and communicate clearly – making you a strong and reliable team player. You’re detail-oriented, resourceful, and always looking for ways to improve how things are done. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools is expected.
PATH is looking for someone who’s proactive – someone who steps up, speaks up, and gets involved. The opportunity to grow internally will follow.
What You Can Expect
Join a company that values excellence, trust, and loyalty. Under the mentorship of the Development Manager and Vice President of Development, you’ll be supported in your professional growth and encouraged to expand your skills across multiple areas of the business.
You’ll have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to exciting residential and mixed-use projects, and to grow with a company that recognizes and rewards initiative. You'll be part of a tightly knit team where everyone rolls up their sleeves and works toward shared goals in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
