About the role

Job Summary The SAP Mobile Functional Analyst acts as a member of the development and support team for iOS mobile applications and SAP solutions for store operations. They are fully involved in the project lifecycle (analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and support) for digitizing store processes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Propose and recommend value-added solutions to meet business needs.
  • Write functional specifications for the mobile application and the SAP solution and pass them on to developers.
  • Execute and document SAP solution testing.
  • Track development and testing progress with team members.
  • Define the deployment strategy with operations and participate in it.
  • Provide post-implementation support.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a functional analyst.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management or equivalent.
  • General knowledge of SAP ECC.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in the retail sector is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Good time and priority management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient in English and French.
  • Detail-oriented and structured.
  • Customer-oriented.
