The Role

We’re hiring a polished and people-focused Client Experience Expert to join our front-of-house team. You’ll be the first and last impression for our clients, responsible for creating a seamless, high-touch experience that reflects our brand values of connection, confidence, and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients with warmth, polish, and professionalism
• Manage appointments and studio flow with accuracy and attention to detail
• Offer expert product and service knowledge to help clients make informed decisions
• Communicate effectively with providers to ensure daily operations run smoothly
• Maintain the studio’s visual standards and luxury ambiance
• Process transactions and retail sales efficiently and accurately
• Support with studio events, activations, and client outreach

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in a client-facing role (beauty, hospitality, or wellness preferred)
• A passion for skincare, beauty, and personal care
• Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Exceptionally organized, dependable, and tech-savvy
• Comfortable working flexible hours and days, including weekends
• A natural at multitasking while delivering a calm, polished presence
