Alliance Corporation is a leading North American value-added distributor of products and solutions for Wireless Networking, In-building signal coverage and cellular infrastructure applications. We are searching for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to be based in Ontario. We are a fast-paced, aggressive company in an exciting, high-growth market that has shown consistent year-over-year revenue expansion. By partnering with our vendors and clients, we are able to position valued solutions for all of their wireless communications needs.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue by developing leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales over the phone, email, and online channels. This role plays a key part in driving business growth through proactive outreach and effective communication with prospective and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through diligent follow-up and CRM management.
  • Build strong customer relationships to foster long-term engagement and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
  • Provide backup coverage for field salespeople including estimating, follow-up, and customer support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, tele sales, or customer service (B2B).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Proficient with ERPCRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in (tech, distribution, telecom, manufacturing)
  • Familiarity with transactional, consultative or solution-based selling techniques.
  • Multilingual, fluent in French is a plus.

Working Environment: The working environment consists of office space at the company sales office, in home office, and customers' locations as required. The candidate must be able and willing to travel routinely, both in and out of the territory as required.

Base Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 CAD with bonus potential
