Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of accounting principles and practices, with a keen interest in financial services. Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.
• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support financial auditing processes by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Utilize accounting software Acumatica, and Quickbooks
• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and assist in resolving issues.
• Collaborate with senior accountants to prepare financial statements and reports as needed.
• Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting softwares is highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial auditing principles.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate account analysis.
• Ability to perform bank reconciliations efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members.
