Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for

Duties

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Engage in insurance sales activities, including telemarketing and outside sales efforts, to drive new business growth.
• Analyze client information and recommend appropriate insurance policies based on their requirements.
• Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide ongoing support to clients by answering questions, resolving issues, and conducting policy reviews.
• Focus is on Commercial prospecting and Life and Health Insurance

Experience

• Previous experience in sales is preferred.
• Proven track record in insurance sales or related fields is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
• Must be able to speak Chinese and excellent English
• Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $33,100.00-$70,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

• sales: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• Chinese and excellent English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• OTL or RIBO or LLQP exam (preferred)
