Massage Matters is growing! We’re a wellness-focused clinic offering massage therapy, chiropractic, and acupuncture in downtown Toronto. We’re on the lookout for a bright, friendly, and reliable Clinic Concierge to join our front desk team and help deliver a standout experience to every client who walks through our door.
Perfect for Students! We welcome applications from students at George Brown College, Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), or University of Toronto who are looking for flexible work that fits around their studies.
The Position
Our clinic concierge is integral to our success. You will be the first and last impression given to every client. We're currently looking for an energentic clinic concierge to help Massage Matters deliver outstanding service, always. You will work independently and as a part of a professional team. We want people on our team who have a positive attitude, who are honest and excited to come to work as an important part of a larger team each day.

Day to Day Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner, and overseeing the customer service experience from start to finish
- Processing insurance claims
- Support office flow & management
- Problem solve/make recommendations
- Laundry
- Office Duties (Cleaning etc.)
- Other tasks as required

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 9 – 18 per week
