Location : Virtual or Hybrid (Toronto, ON Office)
Duration: Fall 2025 – 8 months (September 2025 – April 2026)

About The Opportunity This internship offers a unique opportunity to support the Advisory team in deal support activities while exploring how AI and automation can enhance internal workflows. You’ll work on demo environments, internal tooling, and process optimization—contributing to the evolution of how Advisory supports the sales cycle.
What You’ll Get To Do
- Support demo environment maintenance and automation using tools like Consensus
- Assist in resolving demo-related tickets and instance issues
- Log product gaps and support UAT using Jira and Vivun Hero
- Collaborate with Advisory team members to identify opportunities for AI-enhanced workflows
- Prototype internal tools using platforms such as Power Automate or Rovo
- Document and analyze internal processes, suggesting improvements based on automation or AI insights
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and team retrospectives
Skills And Experience We Value
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Consensus, or automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Rovo)
- Interest in HR technology, business transformation, and AI innovation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Technical aptitude and curiosity about emerging technologies
What Would Really Make You Stand Out
- Experience with prototyping or automation tools
- Previous internship or project work in HR tech, consulting, or AI
- A creative mindset and eagerness to experiment with new ideas
