Project Manager - Wastewater Treatment & Pumping Stations
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling
- Define scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.

Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare and manage budgets.
- Track expenses and ensure cost efficiency.

Team & Contractor Coordination
- Lead project teams and liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication and task delegation.

Construction Oversight
- Monitor on-site activities for compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
- Oversee equipment installation and commissioning.

Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate permits and inspections with authorities.

Risk & Quality Management
- Identify risks and enforce mitigation strategies.
- Maintain quality control throughout project phases.

Reporting & Documentation
- Provide regular progress reports and stakeholder updates.
- Manage documentation and project close-out activities.

Profile
- 5+ years experience in GTA ICI construction as a Project Manager working on multiple **(atleast 2)** full-cycle WWTP developments is a must
- Have a post secondary education in Business, Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent (MBA and M. Eng. Preferred)
- Have all necessary certifications like Working at Heights, WHIMIS, First Aid and Basics of Supervision
- Possess thorough knowledge in designing and building large scale ICI developments
- Familiarity with LEED certification and sustainable building practices preferred
- Gold Seal certification or equivalent credentials are highly desireable
- Additional tasks and duties as required
Job Offer

- $130,000-$150,000 salary (based on experience)
