Duties

Develop and manage Abiye’s content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Design and publish eye-catching, inclusive, and on-brand posts (stories, reels, graphics, carousels)

Write compelling captions that reflect our tone: warm, informative, community-driven

Monitor engagement and reply to DMs/comments to build genuine community interaction

Track metrics and suggest data-informed content improvements
-
Stay on top of social trends—especially in maternal health, parenting, and wellness spaces
-
Collaborate with the broader communications team to support campaigns and partnerships
-
Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
You’re a Great Fit If You...

Have 2+ years of experience managing social media for brands or nonprofits
-
Know how to use tools like Canva, Later/Buffer, Instagram insights, and Facebook Business Suite
-
Have a strong sense of design and storytelling—especially for visual-first platforms
-
Are passionate about supporting moms, caregivers, and health equity
-
Are reliable, proactive, and great with deadlines
-
Bring a thoughtful lens to representing diverse communities and experiences
