We are seeking a high-performing Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our growing team. This is a role based in Montreal, supporting high-impact mandates across commercial due diligence, growth strategy and value creation.
This role offers a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and data. You will be part of a team that helps businesses to evaluate markets, optimize business performance, and deliver tangible value through data-driven insights and process improvements.
What you will do
- Contribute to strategic assessments, market research, and competitive benchmarking;
- Develop or support analytical models using Alteryx, Power BI, Python, and Excel to quantify operational and financial value drivers;
- Participate in interviews, workshops, and quantitative analysis to support due diligence, strategic planning, and operational diagnostics;
- Conduct financial and commercial analysis, including market sizing, pricing, segmentation, and cost optimization;
- Assist in the development of business cases and clear, structured client deliverables;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, finance, operations, technology) across various sectors and deal types.
What you bring to the role
- 0–5 years of experience in management consulting, business intelligence, and data science;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience using Alteryx, Power BI, Python or similar tools (or a demonstrated ability to learn them quickly);
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to present complex strategic subjects to a diversity of stakeholders in both English and French;
- A collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail;
- A genuine passion for business strategy, performance improvement, and problem-solving;
- Strong intellectual curiosity with a drive to explore new ideas and methodologies;
- A self-directed learning mindset and ability to adapt quickly to new tools, data platforms, and workflows;
- High comfort level with technology and modern analytics solutions;
- Nice to have: Exposure to commercial strategy, M&A, operational improvement projects, lean six sigma.
