About the role
Role Summary: This role within the PPD division manages the user experience (UX) of the LPS website and is responsible for their assigned brands and the multibrand activations. This includes implementing content updates, managing the merchandising calendar in the CMS, and executing digital marketing strategies to optimize online sales specifically for the PPD division. Collaboration with marketing, PPD brand teams, and the Ecom & Data Digital Director is essential.
Responsibilities
- Perfect Execution & Content Excellence: Localize and upload website content, collaborate with OBM/Marketing for consistent brand execution, conduct regular content audits and provide recommendations to brand teams, manage tickets related to merchandising/promotional projects, oversee feature activation.
- Promotions & Commercial Support: Address field team questions regarding the LPS website, adapt brand content for promotions, Owns multibrand activations, manage online plans (promotional calendars, product catalogs), report on KPIs, implement a "test and learn" approach, manage the A/B testing calendar.
- DCR & Data: Plan and execute personalized DCR campaigns, analyze customer behavior data to optimize the customer journey, provide email marketing best practices, stay updated on digital marketing trends.
- Feature Activation: Leads new features activation plan on the LPS website.
Competencies
- Proficiency in digital marketing (SEO, content marketing, email marketing, CRM).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the beauty/cosmetics industry.
