About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Service Advisor with at least 5 years of experience in a franchise dealership—preferably within a luxury brand—who can act as the critical link between our customers and vehicle service operations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring each vehicle meets our quality standards before it reaches the customer’s driveway, and that any post-delivery service issues are handled with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for vehicle reconditioning, mechanical repairs, and post-sale service support.
  • Work closely with CarDoor’s inspection, logistics, and customer success teams to coordinate service workflows.
  • Review vehicle condition reports and recommend service actions with a focus on quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Communicate with partner shops and vendors to schedule and manage repairs.
  • Deliver an exceptional service experience by communicating proactively and clearly with internal teams and customers.
  • Track all service and repair updates with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support internal vehicle-related inquiries by drawing on deep knowledge of automotive systems and service practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of Service Advisor experience at a franchise dealership (luxury brand experience preferred).
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A deep and practical understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
  • Proficiency with service software and CRM systems.
  • A calm, solutions-oriented attitude in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
