The scope of this role includes being responsible for cold chain shipping and receiving, regulatory compliance, and liaising with customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will work well independently, capable of multitasking, and be willing to take on growing responsibility with the expansion of their role.
How you will make an impact
- General labor duties
- Shipping and receiving, inventory control and regulatory compliance;
- Adhering to GMP, Health Canada and QA guidelines and regulations
- Product picking and packing;
- Working with an ERP system (Navision);
- Data entry and preparing shipping documentation;
- Verifying all inbound and outbound shipments; and
- Communication with suppliers and customers.
What you’ll bring to our team
- Ability to perform physical tasks and capable of lifting up to 40 lbs;
- Experience in a similar role or working environment;
- Well organized, capable of multi-tasking, managing time and prioritizing;
- Strong communication skills with a customer service focus; and
- Capable of working independently.
