Work Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Description

Here Is What An Ordinary Day Of Work Might Look Like:

  • Accurately monitor and manage inventory levels, assist with cycle counts, and report discrepancies in accordance with company standards and procedures.

  • Ensure all inventory movements, shipping, and receiving documentation are recorded correctly and consistently.

  • Enter inventory and shipping data into the warehouse management system using the handheld mobility scanner or computer database with a high level of accuracy.

  • Adhere strictly to health, safety and environmental guidelines for handling, use of tool and equipment.

  • Unload deliveries, inspect incoming goods, and prepare outgoing shipments in accordance with company and customer requirements.

  • Perform additional tasks and support related departments as directed by management.

  • Execute safe vehicle and forklift handling and movement within the facility ensuring compliance with all internal traffic and safety regulations.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

This Role is a Great Fit If You Have

  • Minimum Grade 12 education
  • Have a valid BC Class 5 (Not L/N) driver's license (a MUST) and a good driving record which can be obtained from ICBC.
  • Be able to proficiently drive vehicles with manual AND automatic transmissions.
  • Must hold or obtain a Forklift Operator Certificate as required for warehouse operations.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying boxes weighing over 20 pounds (8 kg).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory systems.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Handling Dangerous Goods certification is considered an asset, but not mandatory.
  • Must be willing and capable of working with moderate supervision.
  • Able to meet production goals, commitment to quality and safe work practices.
  • Able to listen, comprehend and take direction well
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, "can-do" attitude and strong communication skills
  • Dependable and punctual – excellent references required
