Schedule: Ideally Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday

We’re passionate about clinical results and a warm, welcoming guest experience. We’re currently looking for a talented Skin Therapist to join our dedicated and professional team.

Your Role:

As a Skin Therapist at Fruition, you’ll deliver expert skincare and beauty services in a supportive, high-performing environment. You’ll combine your technical skills with personalized client care to create impactful, results-driven experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide customized facials, waxing, hand and foot care, lash and brow services

• Perform detailed skin assessments and recommend targeted treatments and home care
• Stay current on skincare ingredients, modalities, and industry trends
• Educate clients on products and demonstrate usage confidently
• Support product sales and promote service upgrades
• Maintain a clean, organized, and serene treatment space
• Collaborate with our team to ensure every guest receives exceptional service

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified in esthetics and/or medical aesthetics
• Passionate about skincare, beauty, and client wellness
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• Bonus: Experience in laser or advanced skin treatments
• Bonus: Retail or spa guest services experience
