About the role

What you'll do

If you’re friendly, enthusiastic and have a genuine desire to help others, you’ll fit right in at Mark’s! As a PT Shift Leader at Mark’s, you will create great experiences by engaging with customers to ensure they find what they are looking for quickly and easily. You will also draw on your previous retail or leadership skills to be a role model to the team as well as lead the store when needed.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences to support your team achieve performance targets.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching and feedback to the team.
  • Manage the operations of the store in the absence of management including key holding tasks, opening, closing responsibilities, etc.
  • Ensure store upkeep and cleanliness, including restocking, seasonal changeover, inventory, pricing and signing are accounted for through staff supervision.

What you bring

  • 1+ years of retail experience.
  • Minimum 6 months experience acting as a mentor or coach in.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
