Position: Travel Sales Professional (BDM)
Location: Burlington Ontario · Hybrid Schedule (3 days onsite)
Position Type: Full-time · Permanent · Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Sales Professional with a proven track record in corporate travel services . As the key member of their sales team, you will be responsible for securing enterprise-level accounts, crafting compelling business proposals, and delivering innovative travel solutions to organizations with global or multi-regional footprints.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential corporate clients through structured outreach and cold calling.
- Develop and deliver persuasive PowerPoint presentations tailored to executive audiences, including CFOs and HR leaders.
- Assess client requirements and architect bespoke travel programs leveraging our client’s international network of community partner offices.
- Manage and forecast a sophisticated sales pipeline with precision and accountability.
- Re-engage dormant accounts and lead strategic initiatives to capture market share from competitors.
- Serve as a conduit for client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
Must have travel industry experience
Able to present credibly to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Demonstrated ability to initiate and sustain contact with target accounts.
Quick, strategic thinker
Capable of navigating complex objections and adapting in real time.
Solutions-driven mindset
Committed to identifying tailored approaches rather than generic offerings.

Proven success in long-cycle, high-value sales engagements.

Travel industry background
Deep understanding of travel agency operations, policies, and systems (e.g., GDS, Online Booking Platforms).
