Bilingual Sales Representative – Marketing Supply Industry

📍 Location: Dorval

🕒 Full-Time | Permanent

🗣️ Bilingual English/French

JOB HOURS: 8:30am-5:00pm MON-FRI

SALARY: $55k-$65k + 4k- 6k per year approx. in commissions (kick in after 6 months)

About the Opportunity

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for customer engagement and market development? We are seeking a Sales Representative with some Leadership Experience to join a high-performing team in the signage and graphics supply industry. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in both inbound and outbound sales, and is eager to manage the full sales cycle—from order processing to cultivating long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

🔄 Sales Cycle Management

  • Achieve performance metrics across inbound/outbound sales and live chat.
  • Understand customer needs and industry trends to recommend appropriate product solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and manage full sales transactions using CRM platforms.

🤝 Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Provide timely, knowledgeable, and professional service to both new and existing customers.
  • Promote key products and services, articulating the value and benefits effectively.
  • Generate and forward leads to relevant technical and hardware/software teams.

☎️ High-Volume Sales Interaction

  • Manage 30+ inbound customer calls/chats daily.
  • Conduct 15+ proactive outbound calls to nurture and grow existing accounts.
  • Conduct field visits (10–15 per day, pending approval) to deepen customer relationships and collect feedback.

📈 Market Development

  • Keep current with new industry products, technologies, and market trends.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and brand promotion.
  • Drive market share expansion through product expertise and strategic outreach.

📦 Customer Experience Ownership

  • Oversee accurate order entry, shipping coordination, invoicing, and customer communication.
  • Resolve issues quickly, fostering trust and customer satisfaction.
  • Build loyalty through consistent, high-quality service.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with managers and coordinators to align sales efforts and share market intelligence.
  • Participate in special initiatives, sample distribution, and promotional events.
  • Submit timely reports on field visits and sales activities.

Who You Are

Required Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle sales and B2B customer relationships. Ideally with some Leadership Experience.
  • Skilled in cross-selling, upselling, and solution-oriented selling.
  • Strong CRM and sales software proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, CloudSuite, etc.).

  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities—written and verbal.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization.
  • Team player with a proactive and curious mindset.
