Full-Time bilingual Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) – Group Therapy for Autistic Youth (Ages 8–18)
Location: Achieve Therapy Centre
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday | Evenings & Saturday daytime groups | Admin day on Tuesdays (flexible hours)
Start Date: August 1, 2025

Responsibilities:
- Lead 7–8 engaging group therapy sessions per week for neurodivergent youth and adolescents (ages 8–18)
- Deliver programming co-developed and supervised by licensed SLPs and OTs
- Facilitate group sessions focused on building social-emotional, communication, life, and self-regulation skills
- Use Tuesdays as your flexible admin day for session planning, collaboration, documentation and client intake
- Participate in team meetings and case consults
- Receive ongoing paid training and supervision to support your growth and success

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in good standing
- Is bilingual (English/French)
- Has experience or interest in working with autistic children and teens
- Has a current vulnerable sector check (or is willing to secure one)
- Enjoys group facilitation, teamwork, and dynamic learning environments
- Communicates clearly and respectfully with families, clients, and colleagues
- Is available for evening group sessions and Saturdays (morning/afternoon)
- Aligns with our values of neurodiversity-affirming, relationship-centered care
