Full-Time Customer Support Agent Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts, track sales transactions and client interactions, and ensure customer satisfaction and that sales goals are being met
- Engage with new and existing clients, building long-lasting relationships and providing excellent customer service to each client
- Attend weekly meetings with the sales team and other Customer Support Agents to develop and implement improved sales strategies aimed at increasing sales performance
- Consistently meet sales goals set for the Customer Support Agent by proactively identifying sales opportunities
- Lead and mentor other Customer Support Agent team members in improving sales techniques and customer service skills, working towards a future account management role
Full-Time Customer Support Agent Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- 1-2 years of previous experience as a Customer Support Agent, working in sales, customer service, or related field is preferred
- Strong organization skills and excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$58,000.01 per year
