Duties and Responsibilities
- Comply with and support all company values, policies, procedures and safety regulations
- Follow all applicable procedures and processes to ensure quality and timely assembly of products
- Operate manufacturing equipment and use hand held tools
- Ability to work at an established rate showing attention to detail and quality of standards
- Ability to perform tasks requiring repetition, manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Must be flexible and adaptable to work in various areas throughout the production floor
- Support and participate in housekeeping
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pushing and pulling various objects
- Support a respectful workplace with a positive attitude
Skills/Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to read a tape measure and have essential mathematical skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Possess teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and interact effectively with other team members and departments
- Any type of construction or renovation experience is an asset
