Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Jewellery Consultant located in Vaughan, ON. The Jewellery Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewelry items, providing exceptional customer service, offering expert advice on jewelry design and fashion trends, and ensuring customers are offered all of our services including financing and repair services. Additionally, the Consultant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in using POS and sales systems
- Experience in retail sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Vaughan, ON
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Prior experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
