$81,005 - $109,595Technical expertise needed:
Support a national sales and lending team on complex loan files. You’ll serve as an expert mentor to team and operations employees, and provide training and team onboarding.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee operations to ensure consistent execution of procedures
- Input and verify complex customer financial source documentation
- Transfer knowledge to team members through informal coaching and answering questions
- Work closely with partners to gather required information to process requests
- Communicate effectively with operations field staff with a high degree of knowledge

- Organized multi-tasker able to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical thinker with an ability to coach and mentor colleagues

What you’ll need:
- An undergraduate degree in agriculture, business and/or finance, and 3 to 5 years of related experience
- A drive to help others achieve their goals
- In-depth understanding of complex customer financial information
