Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ship and receive all parts and materials as required within Canada & US
· Update status of inbound and outbound orders in CRM system,
· Contact carrier representative to obtain quotes, make arrangements, and to issue documentations and instructions for shipping and delivery of materials,
· Coordinate packing and shipping of all goods, including assembling packages, weighing them, and tracking costs,
· Resolve discrepancies between orders and goods, such as delays, condition, weight, quality, etc.
· Update compliance policies around weight, quality, and timeliness for shipping and receiving,

Qualifications:
Post-Secondary Education degree is preferred,
2 years of shipping and receiving experience,
Extensive knowledge of major couriers – FedEx, Purolator, UPS, etc. including how to operate their respective software packages
Working knowledge of CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) is a must (training available for Zoho CRM)
High attention to detail essential with ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a busy environment
High attention to internal and external customer needs
Experience with preparing international shipments including customs documents is an asset,
Good written and oral communication skills
Ability to multitask and assist production team when required.
Job Summary
Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.
Primary responsibilities
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Cancel or upgrade accounts.
- Assist with placement of orders and exchanges.
- Advise on company information.
- Take pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Place or cancel orders.
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
- Act as the company gatekeeper.
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
- Handle product recalls.
- Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
- Inform customer of deals and promotions.
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
