Marketing Project Manager
About the role
MatchBox Consulting is on the hunt for a Marketing Project Manager to work out of Vancouver, BC in a hybrid work model
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage demand response projects across multiple sectors, from planning to evaluation.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop project plans, schedules, KPIs, and communications in collaboration with marketing.
- Implement reporting mechanisms and manage procurement and compliance requirements (e.g., PIAs, CDRs).
- Provide regular updates, troubleshoot issues, and execute contingency plans.
- Support Non-Wires Alternatives solutions involving energy efficiency and demand response.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Proven marketing and project execution experience (non-IT/engineering focused).
- Available to work onsite at the Dunsmuir office at least 1 day per week.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in energy efficiency or demand response programs.
- Previous work in the utility sector (electric or gas).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- PMP designation preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
