We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team at Koppert Biological Systems Canada. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their inquiries, and providing support for our innovative agricultural solutions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services to clients.
- Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the agriculture or horticulture industry.
- Strong communication skills in French required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and CRM software is preferred.
- Sales experience or knowledge of upselling techniques is a plus.
