Additional Responsibilities Education
Experience 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced logistics, transportation, or warehouse environment (preferably in a supervisory or lead-hand role).
Minimum 1–2 years in a leadership or management position, preferably overseeing dock or sort operations.
Proven experience managing shift operations, safety protocols, freight handling, and scheduling in a unionized environmen
