Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Agent located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing the leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease signing, including lease administration and residential leasing. The role involves working closely with potential tenants, providing excellent customer service, and supporting property management activities.
Qualifications
- Experience with Leases, Lease Administration, and Residential Leasing
- Skills in Property Management
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
