The Manager, Operations and Controls Quality Assurance (1LoD) is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes within the operations and controls framework. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, as well as identifying areas for improvement.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance initiatives to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Develop and implement quality control measures.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance compliance and risk management practices.
- Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of controls.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, compliance, or risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA).
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in quality assurance.
Additional Information
- This position is based in Raleigh, North Carolina, but may require travel to other locations as needed.
