This is a great opportunity to grow in the trades and work with a crew that takes pride in what they build.

Responsibilities

• Pre-cutting and assembling floor packages
• Pre-cutting and assembling wall packages
• Pre-cutting and assembling roof packages
• Staging materials in the correct locations
• Assisting with floor framing (installing bolts, hangers, and squaring the floors)
• Processing and sorting defective material
• Operating a forklift (or learning to)
• Moving garbage and block bins as needed
• Helping with other tasks as needed

Experience

• 1st Year Apprentice Carpenter
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to work physically (lift 50 + lbs) and keep up with production pace
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction well
• A team player — we rely on each other to get the job done

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
