Position: Production Worker
Location: Truro, NS

Role Overview: As a Production Worker, you'll play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. This entry-level position is perfect for energetic and self-motivated individuals who thrive in a physically demanding environment. You will work closely with team members to produce high-quality resin, tape, and woven products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to develop and produce various products.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process.
- Efficiently load and unload materials between departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
What We're Looking For:
- A proactive, energetic individual who enjoys hands-on work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a knack for working in fast-paced environments.
- No prior experience required-just a willingness to learn and grow with us!
Shift Details:
- 12-hour rotating shifts (day and night)
- Shifts: 8 AM - 8 PM and 8 PM - 8 AM
