Service Advisor
As a Service Advisor you will be passionate about always providing a welcoming and exceptional experience for all of our guests. Our dealership is looking for an energetic, honest, hardworking individual who excels in customer satisfaction and sales.

- Don’t have previous experience but are a fast learner? Perfect, we want to talk to you.

- You have 1 or more years’ experience working in a customer service or sales position
- Expert at providing exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Super planner, organized and can work under pressure
- Works well with others
- Valid Driver’s License
- CDK or PBS experience is a major asset
Essential Job Duties:
- Listen to the customer’s description of vehicle symptoms to gather information about their vehicle’s mechanical issues and maintenance requirements
- Complete walk around inspection and review prior service history
- Review required services and preventative maintenance services with the customer
- Create work orders, describing customer concerns to help technicians diagnose needed repairs
- Provide accurate estimates, and explain required services and expected completion timelines
- Obtain the customer’s approval for repairs, answer questions and address all customer concerns
- Follow their repair orders throughout the day and keep the customer informed of the status of their vehicle repair
- communicate with the service team to identify opportunities and resolve issues
