About the role

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development efforts, managing client accounts, and fostering strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage client accounts by maintaining regular contact, addressing concerns, and ensuring service quality.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

Skills

  • Proven experience in business development and account management within a sales environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Proficient in negotiation techniques with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
  • Ability to understand market dynamics and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the capability to inspire and motivate team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.29-$32.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Additional pay:
