Upstream Data is a growing manufacturer specializing in innovative solutions for the oil and gas industry. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipper & Receiver to join our team in Lloydminster. This individual will play a key role in managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments by preparing shipping documentation, selecting carriers, and arranging pickups and deliveries.
• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, ensuring quality and accuracy of products.
• Maintain and organize inventory levels; perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support parts management activities and assist with dispatch coordination to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist with import/export documentation and customs requirements as needed.
• Perform physical tasks, including loading/unloading trucks and organizing storage areas.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for shipping and receiving processes.
• Support additional duties as required by management

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in a relevant field considered an asset.
• Experience in parts handling, inventory control, or logistics required.
• SAP experience is considered a strong asset.
• Previous administrative experience is an asset.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
