Come join our Sales team as our Delivery Specialist!
Responsibilities
- Complete final inspection of the vehicles before their delivery. Ensure the interior and exterior detailing of the car has been done to the Mark Motors Group standard.
- Review clients’ files to ensure all paperwork is in order
- Install both license plates on the vehicle on behalf of the client. When installing the plates the employee has to do so without damaging any part of the vehicle.
- Scheduling the customers first service appointment after delivery
- Complete a walk thru of the vehicle with the clients showcasing the features and benefits of the vehicle
- Ensure clients are leaving with their Audi Connect installed and programmed.
- Answer all incoming e-mails, voice mails or walk ins regarding Audi Connect or general questions.
- Tag trade in vehicles, log mileage and move them to the back of the lot.
- Ensure gift certificates are given to the clients during their delivery. Ensure we have enough stock and if not reach out to the parts department for more.
- Occasionally cover reception if needed (breaks and other sales duties)
- Assist with business managers and sales managers when needed.
Qualifications:
- OMVIC License or currently in the process of doing it
- Valid G drivers license + clean drivers abstract
- Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deliveries.
- Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and vehicle infotainment systems.
- Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or delivery coordination.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
