Job Summary:
This role’s mission is to facilitate exceptional flow of product from vendors to stores, ensuring seamless and efficient supply chain operations. This role will be responsible for the EDI reporting as well as problem-solving and making recommendations to optimize supply chain operations and maximize the benefits of EDI. This role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing order-related data transmissions, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance speed to market.
This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strategic mindset to enhance supply chain operations while leveraging EDI technology.

Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate resolution of issues with EDI transmissions by working with internal (Merchants & Warehouses) and external contacts (Vendors & EDI providers)
- Manage and optimize EDI processes to ensure accurate and timely order transmissions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Logistics, and Vendor Relations, to improve supply chain efficiencies.
- Identify and address operational bottlenecks, leveraging data and technology to enhance vendor performance.
- Create, generate, and optimize reporting to provide insights on supply chain performance, orderaccuracy, and process improvement opportunities.
- Identify, research, and make recommendations on gaps and opportunities in existing reporting or processes
- Driving continuous improvement projects that enhance order visibility and reduce delays
- Serving as a key point of contact for vendors and internal teams regarding order flow,compliance, and EDI-related inquiries.
- Additional projects as assigned
The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $26.03/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
