About the role
Are you a natural leader prepared to be the welcoming face of our dynamic multidisciplinary clinic in Southwest Calgary? We are currently looking for a vibrant and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinic Assistant.
Position Overview:
As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all our patients. Your enthusiasm, exceptional communication skills, and multitasking abilities will contribute to the smooth operation of our clinic, where collaboration across various healthcare disciplines is at the heart of what we do.
Responsibilities:
- Warm and Inviting Reception: Greet patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer incoming calls promptly and assist with inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Efficient Administrative Support: Manage patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Assist with billing and insurance-related tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between different healthcare disciplines within the clinic.
Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating communication among practitioners, staff, and patients.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Address patient needs and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide information about clinic services, practitioners, and other relevant details.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a passion for creating a positive patient experience.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
