We are seeking a Data Scientist (Fabric) to design and deliver AI-driven analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and related technologies. This role requires advanced proficiency in data science, machine learning, and modern data architecture with a focus on Microsoft Fabric Data Science and Power BI. You will be responsible for translating business challenges into scalable models and insights that inform decision-making across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable data science solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Dataflow Gen2
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models using advanced machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets
- Leverage Python, SQL, and PySpark to build models, dashboards, and workflows for analytics pipelines
- Work with global teams to deploy solutions across industries such as Media, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, and Energy
- Visualize insights through Power BI and translate findings into actionable business strategies
- Present analytical outcomes and recommendations to client executives and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and innovations in AI, machine learning, and data engineering
Technical Profile:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric (Data Science, Power BI, Dataflow Gen2)
- Advanced understanding of machine learning algorithms: regression, classification, clustering, random forests, GBM, SVM, DNN, etc.
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, PySpark
- Familiarity with key Python libraries: Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-Learn
- Knowledge of calculus, linear algebra, statistics, and probability
- Background in data processing and engineering across structured and unstructured data
- Understanding of operational ML lifecycle and model deployment in enterprise environments
Functional Profile:
- Demonstrated ability to solve business problems using data science and analytics
- Industry exposure across Media, Retail, High Tech, Energy, Automotive, Manufacturing, etc.
- Experience in agile innovation and digital transformation projects
- Effective in collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Capable of working in fast-paced, client-facing environments and managing multiple priorities
