Job Description:
Sales Agent primary role is to promote our co-living properties and engage with potential residents. Sales Agent will be the face of Harrington in the local market, providing information, and facilitating the leasing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding Management:
- Maintain an up-to-date booking dashboard to accurately record reservations and availability.
- Collect arrival information and report to the local manager to ensure properties are ready for guests.
- Collect move out information to see if there are any early move outs and report to the booking manager. Also, email upcoming customers to see if they want to move-in earlier.
- Send extension reminders on time.
- Confirm bookings: Deposit and Service Payments, Check verification status before accepting customers
- Make roommate introductions once new occupants are placed. (if needed)
2.Marketing Strategy:
− Present and sell company products or services to both new and existing customers.
− Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
− Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports on sales performance.
− Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
− Promote products/services through digital marketing, FB marketplace, social media, and offline channels.
− Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
− Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
− Contribute to the development of promotional materials (brochures, presentations, online content).
3. Brand Management:
− Oversee and maintain the company's brand image and identity.
− Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
4.Customer Relationship Management:
− Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and addressing concerns.
− Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
− Handle customer inquiries, providing detailed information and recommendations based on their needs.
− Address and resolve any resident issues or complaints in coordination with the customer service team in a professional and timely manner.
− Use building portals for support requests (if needed tbd by managers)
5.Advertising and Promotion:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for growth.
- Use research findings to adapt marketing strategies and messaging.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and more.
- Monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and make improvements as needed.
6.Problem-Solving:
- Handle last-minute changes and resolve booking discrepancies efficiently.
- Assist in finding suitable alternatives when properties are unavailable.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related profession
- Proven experience in the rental or real estate industry
- Excellent English writing and communication skills (French is a plus for Montreal)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
