We’re opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art Campus of Care in Perth, offering both Retirement Living and Long-Term Care in one compassionate and innovative community. We're looking for caring, dedicated individuals to join our team.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure the facility is safe and well-maintained.
- Respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff in a timely manner.
- Assist in the upkeep of the grounds and common areas.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in building maintenance or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in a trade (e.g., plumbing, electrical).
- Experience working in a retirement or long-term care setting.
